Senior Litigation Attorney

About the Role

Join a growing Idaho law practice as a senior civil litigator, independently managing a full docket across commercial, real estate, construction, and general civil matters. This role offers substantial courtroom responsibility and close collaboration with firm leadership on case strategy and client service.

What You'll Do

• Independently manage a full civil litigation docket across the firm's practice areas.

• Handle all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, trial preparation, and trials.

• Collaborate with firm leadership on case strategy and client matters.

• Provide responsive, substantive communication to clients throughout their matters.

• Contribute to firm growth by developing practice areas aligned with your experience and interests.

• Meet a minimum billable expectation of 120 hours per month, with quarterly bonuses available for hours and revenue above the threshold.

What We're Looking For

• At least 12 years of civil litigation experience and a record of independently managing a litigation docket.

• Multiple-case trial experience, strong motion practice, and experience with discovery, depositions, legal writing, and oral advocacy.

• Background in commercial, real estate, construction, or general civil litigation; business torts, business dissolution, or appellate experience is a plus.

• JD from an accredited law school and active Idaho State Bar membership or eligibility to join.

• Self-directed working style, strong client communication, and comfort working in a growing boutique law firm.

• Proficiency with Westlaw and familiarity with Westlaw AI.

• Commitment to a long-term Idaho-based career and willingness to work in the Boise area.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary is $130,000 to $150,000 annually, with estimated OTE (on-target earnings, base plus variable) of $155,000 to $200,000. Quarterly bonuses are available based on hours and revenue above the monthly billable threshold. Visa sponsorship is available.

Location

Hybrid, with 3 to 4 days per week in the office in Eagle, Idaho, serving clients across Idaho.
