Act as the financial lead for revenue and cost accounting, analysis, reporting and budgeting. Managing one direct report.

Working for a Senior Finance Manager, duties include:

• Regulated Revenue Controls: Managing financial controls for regulated revenue streams,
• Revenue Recognition & Reporting: Overseeing monthly revenue recognition, financial analysis, variance analysis, and reporting.
• Review of monthly journals
• Production of monthly management reporting
• Completing monthly balance sheet reconciliations
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Acting as the financial lead for revenue and direct cost accounting, analysis, reporting, and supporting annual budget processes.
• Regulatory Returns: Preparing and managing corresponding regulatory returns and asset portfolio tracking.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partnering with operational and commercial teams to evaluate commercial risks, pricing models, and business performance driver.

Experience required:

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
• Background in financial analysis, management accounting, or revenue/assurance.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, financial modelling, and data presentation.
