In addition to advancing multiple product candidates from Deciphera’s platform in clinical studies, QINLOCK® (ripretinib) is Deciphera’s switch-control kinase inhibitor approved in many countries including the European Union and the United States for the treatment of adult patients with advanced gastrointestinal stromal tumor (GIST) who have received prior treatment with 3 or more kinase inhibitors, including imatinib. ROMVIMZA® (vimseltinib) is a kinase inhibitor approved in the United States for adult patients with symptomatic tenosynovial giant cell tumor (TGCT) for which surgical resection will potentially cause worsening functional limitation or severe morbidity, and in the European Union for adult patients with TGCT associated with clinically relevant physical function deterioration and in whom surgical options have been exhausted or would induce unacceptable morbidity or disability.

The Senior Manager, Clinical Supply Chain is responsible for the planning, forecasting, packaging, labeling, distribution, and inventory management of investigational products supporting Deciphera's global clinical development programs.
This role serves as a critical partner to Clinical Operations, CMC, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and external vendors by ensuring supply continuity, inventory accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely study execution across complex global clinical trials. The successful candidate will independently manage study-level clinical supply activities from startup through closeout while collaborating across internal and external stakeholders to support the successful delivery of clinical programs.
What You'll Do
Develop clinical supply plans, forecasts, inventory strategies, and risk mitigation plans for global clinical studies.
Manage packaging, labeling, distribution, and investigational product logistics from study startup through closeout.
Partner with CDMOs, depots, logistics providers, packaging vendors, and other external suppliers to support global study execution.
Utilize IRT systems to support inventory management, reporting, study execution, and issue resolution.
Identify supply risks, drive issue resolution, and provide study teams with clear recommendations and execution plans.
Collaborate with Clinical Operations, CMC, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, and external partners to support successful study delivery
Contribute to process improvement initiatives, operational best practices, SOP development, and cross-functional team effectiveness.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
8+ years of clinical supply chain, clinical trial supply, clinical materials management, or clinical drug supply experience within biotechnology, pharmaceutical, CRO, or CDMO environments.
Demonstrated experience supporting global clinical studies from startup through closeout.
Strong experience with clinical supply forecasting, inventory planning, packaging, labeling, and distribution.
Hands-on experience with IRT/RTSM systems, including inventory management, reporting, and study support.
Experience managing external vendors, including packaging providers, logistics partners, depots, and clinical supply service providers.
Proven ability to independently manage multiple studies and work effectively across cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting large-scale global Phase III clinical studies.
Small molecule clinical development experience.
Sponsor-side biotechnology or pharmaceutical experience.
Experience supporting studies across North America, South America, Europe, and Asia Pacific.
Experience with comparator sourcing, temperature-controlled logistics, and global distribution activities.
This position is hybrid based on-site in Waltham, MA.
Deciphera is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary pay range for this role is $141,300 - $194,300. Actual compensation packages will depend on various factors, including but not limited to depth of experience, education, skillset, overall performance, and location.
