Great briefs spark great creative work. You’ll bring everyone together to make it happen.
This role has opened up because of an internal promotion, and the team is growing, so it’s a great time to join. You’d be the main link between our teams around the business and the people who make the creative work, across our 21 hotel brands.
You’ll report to the Director, Global Creative Services & Operations, and work in a global matrix organisation. The role is based at our global HQ in Windsor, with a hybrid pattern of currently three days a week in the office.
What you’ll do
Own how creative requests are handled across Europe and Rest of World, so teams know where to go and what great looks like.
Be the senior contact for Marketing, Brand, Commercial, Loyalty, Partnerships, Paid, Owned, Social and PR teams, turning their priorities into clear creative plans.
Decide what comes first when everything feels urgent, weighing value, quality, deadlines, localisation needs and who’s available.
Set the standard for our briefs. Ask confident questions and push back on vague goals, tight timelines, or overcomplicated requests.
Bring together in-house teams, agencies, freelancers and regional partners to deliver work that’s on brand and ready to use.
What you’ll bring
Senior experience in account management, creative services, creative operations, integrated marketing or campaign delivery, ideally gained in a global brand, in-house studio, agency or consumer-facing business.
A track record of leading complex creative portfolios, juggling competing priorities and taking large marketing projects from brief to launch.
Confidence with senior stakeholders. You’ll give a straight recommendations and say so when plans need to change.
Working knowledge across multiple channels, including digital, social, paid media, CRM, web, PR and partner marketing.
Experience working with brand systems and campaign toolkits and turning brand strategy into practical channel work.
Experience building the tools, templates and routines that help creative teams work better, including use of AI.
Comfortable with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel and Figma. Experience with Smartsheet, DAM platforms, Adobe Creative Cloud or Censhare is a bonus.
If you like making complicated creative work simple, building trust with busy people and getting good ideas into market, we’d love to hear from you. Apply now.
