Your Role
As Senior Manager, Deliverable Assurance is accountable for the independent assurance of project deliverable quality, across Hollard's strategic project portfolio, from Concept through to Benefits Realisation/BAU.
This role ensures that key deliverables meet pre-defined, evidence-based quality criteria before a project is permitted to progress through a gate or receive funding — providing the EPMO, Sponsors and the Board with confidence that gate and funding decisions are being made on complete, consistent and quality information
Your Team
The Enterprise Project Management Offices (EPMO) reports through to the Chief Growth and Transformation Office and is responsible for governance across Hollard’s Strategic Portfolio of Projects and Initiatives. The team work collaboratively across the organisation to support the capability and maturity uplift of project delivery through effective fit for purpose governance, insights, improvements and training
