Im Auftrag der SKF Marine GmbH sucht die MARPRO Group eine engagierte Führungspersönlichkeit als Produktbereichsleiter (m/w/d) Stabilisatoren & Rudermaschinen. In dieser Schlüsselposition übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für drei Teams mit insgesamt rund 50 Mitarbeitenden am Standort Hamburg. Sie berichten direkt an die Geschäftsführung und gestalten die strategische und operative Weiterentwicklung des Bereichs maßgeblich mit.

Aufgabe / Mandat

Die Produktbereichsleitung trägt die Gesamtverantwortung für Strategie, Ergebnis, Organisation und Weiterentwicklung des Produktbereichs. Zentrale Aufgabe ist es, klare Führungs- und Entscheidungsstrukturen zu etablieren, ein profitables und wettbewerbsfähiges Portfolio zu sichern und die Umsetzung des Geschäftsplans verbindlich zu steuern. Dabei richten Sie den Bereich konsequent an Kundenbedarf, Wachstum, Profitabilität und operativer Exzellenz aus.

Professionelle Kompetenzen

• Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Gesamtverantwortung sowie Erfahrung in der Führung und Entwicklung von Führungskräften

• Nachweisbare Erfolge beim Aufbau und der Skalierung von Organisationen und Führungsstrukturen

• Hohe Veränderungs- und Umsetzungskompetenz

• Erfahrung in der Ergebnissteuerung eines Produktbereichs oder einer Business Unit, einschließlich Business Planning, Budgetierung, Forecasting und Finanzkennzahlen

• Fundierte Praxis im Produktportfolio- und Produktlebenszyklusmanagement sowie in der Priorisierung komplexer Entwicklungs- und Kundenprojekte

• Erfahrung in der Gestaltung durchgängiger Prozesse, klarer Schnittstellen und transparenter Entscheidungsgrundlagen entlang der Wertschöpfungskette

Do you have the experience and expertise to lead a product division strategically, operationally and commercially, and develop it into a high-performing, scalable organization?

On behalf of SKF Marine, MARPRO Group is looking for a committed and experienced leader for the position of Senior Manager Stabilizers & Steering Gears. In this key role, you will lead three teams comprising approximately 50 employees located in Hamburg. Reporting directly to the Executive Board, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic and operational development of this business area.

Role and Mandate

In this role you assume overall responsibility for the strategy, financial performance, organisation and further development of this product area. The key priorities are to establish clear leadership and decision-making structures, ensure a profitable and competitive portfolio, and drive the execution of the business plan with clear accountability. In doing so, you will consistently align the business unit with customer needs, growth, profitability and operational excellence.

Professional Competencies

• Several years of leadership experience in a comparable role with overall responsibility, including experience in leading and developing managers

• Proven track record in building and scaling organisations and leadership structures

• Strong change management and execution capabilities

• Experience in managing the financial performance of a product area or business unit, including business planning, budgeting, forecasting and financial KPIs

• Extensive practical experience in product portfolio and product lifecycle management, as well as in prioritising complex development and customer projects

• Strong customer and market orientation, with confidence in managing key accounts and handling escalations

• Experience in designing end-to-end processes, establishing clear interfaces and ensuring transparent decision-making across the value chain
