Strategic Account Manager

This is a remote position.

The Strategic Account Manager primary responsibility is to deliver post-sales product expertise on the MSUITE solutions for BIM, Fab, and Field teams. On this fast-paced team, the specialist will need to exemplify customer service skills, outstanding troubleshooting, as well as to be able to demonstrate the product's abilities to contractors. The Construction Expert will have a passion for solution engineering, cutting edge technology, and helping others to promote an amazing customer experience. Our Head Quarters is in Cedar Rapids Iowa, but this can be a remote position.

Essential Functions:

• Develop in-depth product knowledge of the MSUITE solutions
  


• Identifying gaps in products or internal processes while contributing to customer solutions
  


• Demonstrate deep industry knowledge of BIM and Fabrication processes
  

• Managing all aspects of the implementation process for assigned accounts
  

• Provide technical demonstrations of the MSUITE solutions when needed
  


• Communicating the value of the products and their features to all stakeholders
  


• Strategically managing customers’ expectations and change requests
  


• Resolving tier one technical issues and escalating when appropriate
  


• Drafting client-facing documentation including support articles, FAQs, release notes, etc.
  


• Utilize your technical ability to prioritize requests and respond appropriately
  


• Provide technical expertise to conduct specific performance or functional tests associated with resolving issues regarding MSUITE applications
  

Requirements

Education and Experience:

· 5 plus years construction experience

· Working knowledge of PC's, operating systems, web technologies and a demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems

· Working knowledge of Autodesk products (Revit, Forge, AutoCAD)

· Working knowledge of MEP BIM, Fab, and Field Construction workflows

· Strong customer focus including satisfying internal and external customer demands and needs in a timely manner

· Knowledge of Technical writing processes a plus
