Senior Marketing Growth Specialist Fully Remote Work From Home Role Full-time I $8–16/hr (JOB ID: MKTJL2026) Role Our client is looking for a Marketing Content & Growth Specialist to manage the marketing, content creation, and brand development efforts of a small group of growth minded massage practices across the U.S. In this role, you will help create engaging content, strengthen the company's online presence, and improve the marketing systems that drive business growth. You'll collaborate closely with business owners to tell authentic stories, attract new clients, and continually optimize marketing operations using both creative and AI-powered tools Responsibilities : • Develop and execute a multi channel content and marketing strategy aligned with business goals • Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile while maintaining a consistent brand voice • Write high converting social media copy, blog articles, email newsletters, and marketing campaigns • Design marketing assets using Canva and coordinate editing of short-form videos • Plan, schedule, and publish content while maintaining an organized editorial calendar • Analyze marketing performance across channels, identify trends, and recommend data driven improvements • Optimize local marketing efforts through Google Business Profile and reputation management • Build and improve marketing systems, workflows, content libraries, and automation processes • Utilize AI tools to accelerate content production, research, ideation, and workflow efficiency • Collaborate closely with leadership to strengthen brand positioning and support client acquisition efforts Requirements : • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) – C1/C2 level • 3+ years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or growth marketing • Demonstrated experience developing marketing and content strategies, not just creating content • Strong copywriting skills for social media, blog articles, email marketing, and promotional campaigns • Experience creating social media content and editing engaging short-form videos • Experience with Canva and other modern content creation tools • Comfortable analyzing marketing performance and making strategic recommendations based on data • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects independently • Self motivated with exceptional attention to detail and a proactive mindset • Excited to leverage AI tools to improve productivity, creativity, and marketing workflows Highly Preferred : • Experience working with wellness, healthcare, fitness, hospitality, coaching, or other service based businesses • Experience with GoHighLevel, WordPress, Meta Business Suite, Google Business Profile, Metricool, Buffer, or similar marketing platforms • Basic understanding of SEO and content optimization • Proven experience building or refining a brand's voice and messaging • Experience managing and optimizing Google Business Profiles • Familiarity with marketing analytics, conversion optimization, and customer acquisition strategies • Experience creating marketing systems, SOPs, or scalable content workflows Location Remote Compensation $8-16/hr Availability Full-Time (40 hours per week) Must be available during Pacific business hours
