Senior Marketing Manager

We at AClan Pakistan are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager for a full-time, remote-first role based in Islamabad, Pakistan.

The ideal candidate is well-versed in strategy and strategization for all-encompassing marketing campaigns across different brands, comfortable acting as a servicing manager for client accounts, and able to independently plan and execute content calendars while coordinating with internal cross-functional teams.

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

- Develop and execute strategic marketing and social media campaigns tailored to different client brands

- Act as servicing manager; build and maintain strong client relationships, manage expectations, and lead strategic conversations

- Plan and own content calendars across platforms, ensuring consistency of brief and project requirements

- Identify and apply viral content concepts/trends relevant to each brand

- Coordinate with internal design, content, and tech teams to ensure smooth execution

- Leverage AI tools for image and video generation to speed up and enhance content output

- Maintain awareness of current industry trends, platform algorithm shifts, and competitive landscape

- Create compelling presentations or case studies (Keynote, webpages, LinkedIn, and other showcase funnels)

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

- 3–5 years of experience in social media/marketing management, at a well-reputed organization and an agency

- Strong grasp of marketing strategy and campaign planning across multiple brands

- Working knowledge of AI tools for image and video generation (strong plus)

- Familiarity with viral content mechanics and current platform trends

- Strong communication, conceptual thinking, and presentation skills

- Proven ability to manage client relationships and act as a point of contact/servicing lead

- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable coordinating across internal teams
