Two brands. One team. ROVA Health is what happens when two established names in health and wellbeing stop running in parallel and start moving together. Built on over a century of Westfield Health Group heritage and driven by the belief that the way people live, work, and recover has fundamentally changed — we exist to do something about it. This is a platform with purpose, built by people who care about getting it right. If you're joining us, you're not just starting a new job. You're helping navigate what comes next.
Senior Marketing Manager
Tenders don’t wait for your plan to be finished. Buying groups shift, procurement rewrites the brief, and the account you’ve warmed for months goes quiet the week before it lands. That’s the terrain. As Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll lead ROVA Health’s day-to-day marketing, working hand in hand with business development and the bid team to make ROVA the obvious choice before a tender arrives, then helping win it. You’ll run ABM-led lead generation, keep the brand consistent from first contact to on-site signage, and help grow a business operating 100+ sites for 65+ clients across the UK and Europe. Hands-on. Commercial. Built to move.
Good enough isn’t something you’re comfortable with. Neither are we.
