Job purpose:
Own end-to-end content writing and communications—from brainstorming and planning through creation, stakeholder alignment, execution, and final delivery—ensuring every output supports Paymob’s brand, communications and business strategies & objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Content planning: Create, manage, and own integrated content plans and calendars based on brand and communications strategies.
• Communications: Develop clear, engaging content across all customer and corporate touchpoints.
• Execution: Research, draft, edit, finalize, and coordinate content with internal teams and external partners.
• Creative direction: Brief creative teams and agencies, provide actionable feedback, and support asset approvals
• Media monitoring: Track brand mentions, competitor activity, industry news, and relevant trends.
• Performance optimization: Analyze channel and content performance, identify insights, and recommend improvements.
• Campaign support: Translate messages, activities, and campaigns into channel-ready content for different audiences and segments.
• Agency coordination: Prepare initial briefs and follow up on deliverables, timelines, and quality.
  
  
  

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in content, communications, branding, or marketing.
• Demonstrated experience writing and editing content for digital and offline channels.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, priorities, and deadlines.
