  • Validate device functionality, connectivity, application availability, and security compliance before handover.
  • Troubleshoot setup failures, enrollment errors, configuration conflicts, and activation issues.
  • Maintain repeatable provisioning processes that reduce manual effort and improve deployment consistency.
2. Mobile Device Management and Enrollment
  • Administer mobile device management platforms and associated enterprise mobility management capabilities.
  • Enroll corporate-owned and approved personally owned devices in accordance with organizational policies.

  • Manage device enrollment tokens, enrollment profiles, ownership classifications, and assignment workflows.
  • Configure device restrictions, compliance policies, configuration profiles, and application deployment settings.
  • Monitor enrollment status and resolve devices that fail to register, synchronize, or receive required policies.
  • Maintain accurate mappings between users, devices, management records, and assigned organizational assets.
  • Support integration between mobile management platforms, identity providers, directory services, endpoint security tools, and IT service management systems.
