Amicus Recruitment has an excellent opportunity for a Senior National Account Manager with a leading Distribution company. Why this opportunity. It’s the brands ; the autonomy you will be given but most importantly people in the in Business- , the Irish Business is relative small and they can draw on resources whilst also having a lot of freedom to make their own decisions.

I had a really good meeting with Francis- the Commercial Manager- He has been with the Business for over 6 years –and he is a massive sell to the role (I know one of the NAM's on the team and he speaks very highly of him !) Their offices are based in West Dublin and they work off a hybrid model– He said- “Denis ; in the last 3 years we have experienced phenomenal growth- we have a good culture in place and a draw to this role, is twofold- 1. we own the brand and 2. Neil the current Account Manager- has done a fantastic job and is now retiring and will be passing on a warm baton to the person coming in to the business.

The office culture has definitely contributed to our success and we liaise / work closely with our UK colleagues in Finance, supply chain, marketing. I personally give the team a lot of autonomy and the exciting element is the resources we can draw , the success we have obtained and partnerships we have in place. Also just to note Targets are fair and attainable and full bonuses have been paid out.

This role comes with a bonus- circa 10-15% - car allowance and it is a hybrid role- 2 days in their offices in Citywest. This is a gem of an opportunity and for this role, you must have domestic FMCG Account management experience- ideally with one of the Retailers- and be eligible to work in Ireland.
