Senior .NET Integration Engineer

You will join an international team responsible for the technology layer supporting our CRM and Power Platform ecosystem, enabling key processes across Sales, Marketing, and other business areas. Your mission will be to strengthen how our applications and platforms connect by developing and improving APIs, interfaces, and internal tools, with a strong focus on reliability, performance, observability, and compliance.
How a day to day would look like in this role:
  • Design, develop, maintain, and enhance .NET-based APIs and integrations connecting CRM with enterprise platforms and other internal systems.
  • Ensure integrations are reliable, scalable, and capable of supporting high transaction volumes and demanding processing requirements.
  • Analyze and strengthen monitoring and observability across interfaces using technologies such as Microsoft Application Insights, OpenTelemetry, and Grafana.
  • Develop and enhance internal tooling for monitoring, compliance, and visibility across the connected technology ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with technical and business teams across different regions, providing guidance on integration best practices and recommending improvements when needed.

What we need to see from you

  • Strong hands-on experience with .NET, particularly designing, developing, maintaining, and operating APIs and system integrations.
  • Solid understanding of integration architectures and machine-to-machine communication, with a focus on reliability, performance, and high-volume transactional environments.
  • Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability using Application Insights, OpenTelemetry, Grafana, or equivalent technologies.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, and code quality practices. Knowledge of Power Platform, Dynamics 365, or AI technologies would be a plus.
  • Advanced English proficiency is required to effectively collaborate and communicate in an international environment.
