Your responsibilities:

Product engineering & software development

• Design, develop and deliver full-stack solutions using React, .NET/C# and SQL Server.
• Own the complete delivery lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and production support.
• Build and enhance applications.
• Design efficient data models and optimize SQL queries to support operational and analytical workloads.
• Leverage AI-powered development tools to accelerate delivery and improve engineering productivity.

Business partnership & product ownership

• Work directly with the business to understand business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Translate complex business challenges into practical, scalable and high-value software solutions.
• Challenge requirements constructively to identify root business needs and deliver the simplest effective solution.
• Drive user adoption through close collaboration with stakeholders and continuous product enhancement.

Leadership & innovation

• Contribute to engineering standards, best practices and architectural decisions.
• Share technical and business knowledge across the organization.
• Identify opportunities where modern technologies, data platforms and AI can create measurable business value.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Architects and Data teams to align technology delivery with business objectives.

Your profile:

• You have at least 10 years of experience delivering production software as a Full Stack Engineer, Product Engineer or Software Engineer.
• You have a proven track record of working directly with business stakeholders and owning solutions from concept to production.
• You combine strong technical expertise with genuine curiosity about how a business operates and generates value.
• You are proficient in C#/.NET, React/TypeScript and SQL.
• You have strong SQL skills, including data modelling, query optimisation and database design.
• You are comfortable working across both frontend and backend technologies.
• You actively leverage AI-powered development tools to enhance productivity and software quality.
• You are comfortable operating in fast-moving environments with limited structure and high ownership.
• You possess excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
• You are fluent in English.
