- Drive adoption of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices, including SLI/SLO-driven monitoring and alerting frameworks.
- Develop automation solutions using Infrastructure as Code, scripting and CI/CD pipelines.
- Create reusable observability patterns, self-service tooling and engineering standards.
- Partner with application, platform, cloud and engineering teams to uplift observability maturity across the organisation.
- Lead the decommissioning of legacy AppDynamics tooling, agents and licensing.
- Mentor engineers and SRE teams while producing documentation, runbooks and operational standards.

- Practical understanding of cloud-native architectures and platform engineering principles.
- Experience implementing SRE frameworks, including SLIs, SLOs, observability-driven incident response and reliability engineering.
- Experience building Agentic AI or AI-assisted operational capabilities.
- Exposure to large-scale cloud transformation programs.
- Financial services or highly regulated enterprise experience.
- Strong governance, cost optimisation and operational risk management mindset.
You'll be joining a team driving one of the most significant observability modernisation programs in the organisation, with the opportunity to influence engineering standards and platform capabilities at enterprise scale.
