Senior Odoo Developer - Arabic & English Speakers

URGENT HIRING – Bilingual Arabic & English Speakers Only

Technopower Group is looking for a Senior Odoo Developer to join a 1-year project immediately. This is a fully remote, full-time role working closely with our team in Sharjah, UAE.

Important: This role is open only to candidates who are fully bilingual in Arabic and English. You must be able to speak, read, and write both languages fluently, as you will communicate daily with Arabic- and English-speaking teams and stakeholders.

Role details

• Location: Remote
• Contract: 1-year project, full-time
• Working hours: 8 hours/day, including 5 core hours from 1 PM to 6 PM UAE time (GMT+4), plus 3 flexible hours
• Compensation: Fixed monthly salary (not hourly)
• Languages: Fluent Arabic AND English (both required)

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and customize Odoo modules based on business requirements
• Integrate Odoo with third-party applications via REST APIs and web services
• Optimize database queries and keep the system running at peak performance
• Own code quality through reviews, testing, and documentation
• Advise on technical architecture, best practices, and Odoo version upgrades or migrations

What we're looking for

• 6+ years of hands-on Odoo development experience
• Bilingual in Arabic and English, with full professional fluency in both (spoken and written)
• Strong proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, XML, and JavaScript (OWL / QWeb)
• Deep understanding of the Odoo ORM, workflows, and core modules: CRM, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing (MRP), and Marketing Automation
• Proven track record delivering end-to-end Odoo implementations
• Proficient with Git and comfortable working in Linux environments
• Available to work 1 PM to 6 PM UAE time daily
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Odoo Manufacturing (MRP)
• Previous work in manufacturing or complex industrial environments
