About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Bioreactor Scale Up Specialist to support the optimization and scale-up of bioprocesses for biopharmaceutical manufacturing. This role focuses on process data analysis, scale-up strategy development, performance evaluation, and technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Review bioreactor scale-up strategies and process development data.
• Analyze critical process parameters, including temperature, pH, dissolved oxygen, and agitation.
• Evaluate cell growth, productivity, and process consistency across different scales.
• Identify scale-up challenges and recommend process improvements.
• Review process characterization, validation, and technology transfer documentation.
• Collaborate remotely with process development, engineering, and manufacturing teams.
• Prepare technical reports and support risk assessments.
• Ensure alignment with applicable GMP requirements and industry standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Biotechnology, Biochemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in bioprocess development or bioreactor scale-up.
• Strong knowledge of bioreactor operations, cell culture, and process optimization.
• Experience analyzing bioprocess data and evaluating scale-up performance.
• Familiarity with GMP, process validation, and technology transfer.
• Excellent analytical, technical writing, and communication skills.
