Key Responsibilities: Achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly sales, productivity, CCR & flexibility targets. Maintain Customer Services KPIs. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication. Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies. Ensure all customer queries are answered on time; escalate issues to appropriate team members. Selling products and solutions. Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support and selling. Business graduate from any reputed University. 2-3 years in manufacturing maintenance, preferably in compliant factories.
