Senior Operations Analyst

In this role, you'll:

Provide expert IT operational support and analysis across a complex enterprise application environment. You will drive incident and problem-management activities, conduct root-cause analysis, monitor application performance and turn operational data into practical improvements.

You’ll also:

• Improve operational processes, dashboards, reporting and documentation

• Support releases, changes and deployments while managing operational risk

• Identify opportunities to improve performance and service availability

• Work closely with technical teams, business stakeholders and vendors

• Help resolve complex issues across interconnected platforms and business processes

About you

The ideal candidate is an experienced operations professional with strong expertise in enterprise applications, particularly within SAP ecosystems (including Equip, Ariba, ABAP, and Basis), and broader cloud-based environments across Azure and AWS.

You bring deep technical capability across modern technologies such as Java, C++, and DevOps practices, combined with strong analytical skills to interpret system performance data, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement.

A self-starter and collaborative team player, you are a confident communicator who can influence stakeholders, work across multi-vendor environments, and manage competing priorities to deliver reliable, high-quality operational outcomes.
