We are looking for a Senior Operations Data Analyst to join our client's small, global team supporting Professional Services. You will turn operational data into clear reporting, help leaders understand performance, and improve the processes behind that data. This role suits someone who enjoys working closely with stakeholders and taking ownership of work from the initial question through to a practical solution.

Key takeaways:

Salary: 14 000 PLN - 16 000 PLN gross on the Contract of Employment

Working model: hybrid - 3x weekly from the office

Location: Krakow

Working hours: 13:00–21:00 Poland time for the first 2–4 weeks, then flexible local hours. Occasional overtime may be required.

Recruitment process:

  • A call with Motife recruiter (30 min)
  • Criteria Cognitive Aptitude Test (30 min)
  • Hiring Manager Interview (45 min)
  • A take-home exercise
  • Panel Interview (60 min)

Responsibilities:

  • Build and improve Tableau dashboards and reports that give Professional Services leaders a clear view of team and project performance.
  • Use SQL to query, check, and analyze operational data from different sources.
  • Work with managers to define useful metrics, understand their reporting needs, and turn business questions into actionable insights.
  • Check the quality and consistency of operational data, investigate gaps, and improve the reliability of reporting.
  • Support reporting on areas such as resource utilization, project health, delivery performance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Present new metrics and reporting approaches to managers, gather feedback, and support their rollout across the department.
  • Identify inefficiencies in day-to-day processes and work with other teams to implement practical improvements.
  • Own assigned initiatives from start to finish, communicating progress and resolving obstacles as they arise.
  • Support light administration of the team’s project delivery platform, such as managing permissions, roles, and fields. Training will be provided.
  • Explore appropriate ways to use AI tools to improve internal workflows and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Strong, hands-on Tableau experience, including building and developing dashboards independently.
  • Strong working knowledge of SQL for querying, analyzing, and validating data.
  • Experience working with operational data and translating it into reporting that helps business stakeholders make decisions.
  • The ability to define metrics, assess data quality, and explain findings clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • A proactive, self-directed approach to managing tasks and driving them to completion.
  • Experience collaborating with managers and cross-functional teams to improve processes or reporting.
  • Experience in a SaaS environment. A background in Professional Services, Customer Success, Sales Operations, or a related function would be valuable.
  • An interest in learning new systems and using AI tools where they can solve practical problems.
  • Experience with Salesforce, a Professional Services Automation platform, Jira, or other data tools would be a plus.
