You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality civil engineering solutions while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across Western Australia and beyond.
The position offers flexibility in how and where you work, while remaining closely connected to the South-West team, project stakeholders and our broader national business.
What you'll do

- Prepare and review engineering calculations, models and drawings to ensure compliance with applicable standards, specifications and client requirements.
- Develop study and design documentation, technical specifications and project deliverables.
- Identify and manage technical and commercial risks and support the implementation of effective mitigation strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, project teams and key stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor and support junior engineers, designers and drafters in both technical delivery and professional development.
- Provide direction to civil design teams to ensure quality, consistency and efficient project delivery.
- Contribute to business development activities including identifying, shaping and helping secure new work opportunities.
- Support proposal development through scope definition, technical input, estimating and client engagement.
- Develop trusted client relationships that support repeat work and long-term partnerships.
- Identify follow-on opportunities and promote integrated service offerings across disciplines and markets.
- Represent Worley through industry engagement, professional networks and client interactions.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor of Engineering (Civil Engineering) or equivalent.
- Typically 10+ years' experience delivering civil engineering solutions within the resources, infrastructure or industrial sectors.
- Demonstrated experience managing and delivering civil design packages across study and project phases.
- Strong technical capability across roads, drainage, earthworks, pads and mining-related infrastructure.
- Experience preparing engineering calculations and reviewing design drawings and models.
- Proven ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary project teams.
- Strong leadership, mentoring and coaching skills.
- A collaborative approach and appreciation for the value of teamwork.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- A commitment to quality, continuous improvement and delivering outstanding outcomes for clients.
