Senior Originator (f/m/d)

Join Axpo Beograd and help shape Serbia's energy future. We're looking for a driven originator to grow our power and gas client network while structuring innovative deals in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial market.

What you will do:

● Build, develop and manage a portfolio of local origination clients, including industrial consumers, retailers, producers, wholesale counterparties, corporates, RES and BESS developers

● Identify, negotiate and close transactions across electricity and natural gas, from hedging and PPAs to BESS tolling agreements and route-to-market services

● Drive profit generation through short-term and long-term deals

● Build partnerships with new clients and counterparties to expand Axpo's footprint in Serbia

● Support Middle and Back Office teams with deal bookings and the rollout of new products

● Track evolving market regulations and codes, assessing their impact to inform commercial decisions

What you bring & who you are:

● At least 3 years of experience in trading, origination or related commercial activities

● Strong knowledge of the Serbian energy market, including fundamentals and regulations

● A broad network of professional contacts across the energy sector in Serbia and Europe

● Ability to explain structured products clearly and prepare commercial documents such as presentations, term sheets and contracts

● Strong analytical skills paired with confident presentation abilities

● Fluent in English and proficient in Serbian; other EU languages are a plus — even if you don't tick every box, we look forward to your application
