Senior Paid Media Specialist

About You

Must-have:

• 3+ years of hands-on paid media experience in an agency or fast-moving in-house team.
• Deep Google Ads experience across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Demand Gen and YouTube.
• Equally strong on Meta Ads, including creative & audience strategy & testing.
• Real strength in at least one of TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads or programmatic, and the appetite to get strong in the others.
• Experience managing solid monthly budgets with forecasting and pacing clients can rely on.
• Comfortable on both lead generation and ecommerce accounts.
• Working knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking, enough to brief our tracking team and spot when the data is wrong.
• You've already used AI to change how you work, whether that's Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Google Ads scripts or automation, and you can show us what you built.
• You own your numbers. You're accountable for account performance and you bring ideas before anyone asks for them.
• You present clearly to clients who aren't marketers, and you enjoy working with creative, SEO, analytics and account management teams.

About The Opportunity

This is a rare opportunity to join Rocket in a senior role. Here's what your day-to-day would look like:

• Joining our team of 11 genuinely talented search, social and programmatic specialists (the entire agency is 65+ people strong).
• Owning a portfolio of accounts end to end, across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and programmatic.
• Spending most of your time doing what you love: adding value to prospective, existing and new clients through diagnosis, strategy, recommendations and expectations management.
• Working closely with our creative, tracking and SEO teams, because the best results come from the channels working together.
• Using AI in your day-to-day, with the room and the tools to experiment.
• Work in a team constantly pushing for growth and learning new skills and methodologies.
