As a Senior Penetration Tester based in Brussels, Belgium, you will: Fuse technical and non-technical skills to emulate actions that could be taken by malicious users or systems. Understand the psychology, systems, and tactics used by threat actors to proactively test clients’ ability to detect, respond to, and adapt to attacks. Help design, develop, and recommend security solutions to protect clients’ proprietary and confidential data and systems. Support compliance objectives by providing guidance on the logical protection of information system assets. Advise clients on security implications when making changes to their network, system, and application architecture. Prepare reports on the effectiveness of information security controls and recommend the adoption of new policies and procedures. Leverage a broad range of offensive security techniques, including social engineering, exploit development, and process exploitation. As a senior profile, coordinate penetration testing projects end-to-end and support junior testers in their day-to-day delivery and professional development. You hold citizenship in one of the 32 NATO member states. You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent work experience in the field, and 2+ years of professional experience in the field Good knowledge of ICT systems, networks and security technologies Knowledge of operating system security concepts Able to work independently and to deliver results Positive, team and mission-oriented attitude Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communications skills that enable the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written Candidates must recognize and deal appropriately with confidential and sensitive information At NVISO, we care.
