We’ve signed up to an ambitious journey. Join us!
As Arrive, we guide customers and communities towards brighter futures and more livable cities, it isn’t a challenge just anyone could take on. Luckily, we have something to help us make it happen. Our people and our values. We Arrive Curious, Focused and Together. Just as our entire brand is inspired by the North Star, the shining light leading travelers to their destinations since time began, our values guide us. They help us be at our best. For our customers. For the cities and communities we serve. For ourselves. As a global team, we are transforming urban mobility. Let’s grow better, together.
The Role
Arrive is redefining how the world moves through cities. We’re building a global mobility platform by bringing together best-in-class businesses, products, and tech across international markets - and our Parking unit is at the absolute heart of that growth.
We’re looking for a proactive Senior People Business Partner to step in on a fixed-term parental leave cover (December 2026 to October 2027) and help keep our momentum high!
Parking is a massive, commercially critical, and fast-evolving part of Arrive. Reporting directly to the Head of People (Parking), this is a high-impact Senior Manager / Senior Contributor role where you won't just sit on the sidelines. From day one, you’ll partner directly with senior commercial and functional leaders, driving the org design, talent strategies, and workforce decisions needed to hit our ambitious growth and transformation goals.
You'll have the autonomy to own your domain, acting as the vital link connecting commercial teams, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and People Ops. If you thrive on autonomy, love solving complex puzzles, and want to make a real impact on a high-stakes team, this is the role for you!
How to make an impact
Commercial Business Partnering: Act as a trusted partner to senior leaders across Parking, understanding commercial priorities and translating them into clear organization, workforce, and talent actions while offering constructive challenge and enterprise perspective.
Organization & Workforce Strategy: Drive organization design and workforce planning (structure, spans, layers, capabilities, location, capacity) alongside Finance and Talent Acquisition to ensure resources align with high-value priorities.
Talent, Performance & Leadership: Own the talent and performance agenda, actively managing critical roles, key talent, succession risks, capability gaps, and underperformance.
Transformation, Change & M&A: Guide leaders through significant organizational change, integration, and evolving operating models, turning ambiguity into practical plans and supporting post-acquisition integration.
Operational Execution & Data Insights: Leverage workforce, talent, and financial data to inform decisions and stay close to operational execution in partnership with specialist People teams.
Employee Relations & Risk: Partner effectively on complex employee matters and organizational change across European markets using sound judgment and legal alignment.
About you
You are commercially curious and naturally driven to understand business objectives to build effective People solutions. You thrive in dynamic environments where you can create structure, make sound decisions with incomplete information, and adapt as the business evolves. You are equally comfortable challenging senior leaders and rolling up your sleeves to drive execution directly. You simplify complexity, bring calm to fast-paced transformation, and build deep credibility through consistent delivery and collaborative impact.
Your background
Significant Senior HRBP/People Business Partner experience partnering with senior leaders in complex, international, and commercially demanding environments.
Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated capability in organization design, workforce planning, and managing talent, performance, and succession agendas.
Proven track record supporting restructuring, transformation, organizational change, or M&A / post-merger integration.
Experience operating across multiple European countries, cultures, and employment law environments.
Strong fluency with workforce and financial data to drive insights, paired with excellent English communication and influencing skills.
Ability to operate independently, prioritize ruthlessly, and deliver results at pace.
This role can be based in our Stockholm or London office. Please be advised that it is a Fixed Term Contract ( Dec 2026 – Oct 2027).
