Do you want to use data to influence real marketing decisions for one of the UK’s best-known hospitality brands?
We’re looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Analyst to join Premier Inn, playing a key role in helping our Performance Marketing team understand what’s working, what isn’t and where we should act next.
This isn’t a role where analysis simply ends with a dashboard. You’ll turn complex digital performance data into clear, commercial recommendations, helping us make better decisions around marketing investment, customer acquisition, conversion and revenue.
You will form close partnerships with Performance Marketing and our wider Commercial & Trading teams, and analyse digital performance across areas such as traffic, conversion, revenue and booking behaviour. You’ll identify trends, interrogate performance and translate your findings into tangible actions that can improve results.
Busineee partnering the Performance Marketing team, you’ll take ownership of your analytical backlog, prioritising the work that will make the biggest difference. You’ll also be comfortable bringing your insights to life, regularly presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders and contributing to weekly marketing and commercial conversations.
What we’re looking for
You’ll ideally bring:
- Strong analytical experience gained within Performance Marketing, or eCommerce
- Experience using Adobe Analytics or comparable web analytics tools such as Google Analytics
- A strong understanding of metrics such as traffic, conversion, revenue, CPC / CPM, ROAS / Cost of Sale and ROI
- The commercial mindset to understand marketing spend and identify opportunities to improve performance
- Confidence turning complex data into clear, actionable recommendations
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
- The ability to manage competing requests, prioritise effectively and own your workload
- Experience within a consumer-facing business would be particularly valuable
- BI tools and Databricks experience would be useful, but aren’t essential
This is a brilliant opportunity for an analyst who wants to get closer to the commercial decisions and see their insight genuinely influence how a major consumer brand drives digital growth.
We’re proud to be a Top Employer for 14 consecutive years, a top apprenticeship employer, a Leader in Stonewall’s Proud Employer Accreditation, and a Top 25 Exemplary Employer in the Investing in Ethnicity Parliamentary Matrix.
Join Whitbread and help develop the skills, leaders and capabilities that will power our future success.
