Senior Performance Marketing Manager (Remote)

About the Role

As a Senior Performance Marketing Manager at Boby.ai, you will be responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing user acquisition campaigns across major advertising platforms. You will work closely with creative, product, and data teams to drive efficient growth and support the launch of new apps.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Managing and optimizing campaigns across channels such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and other mobile ad networks.
• Continuously testing new creatives, audiences, channels, and UA strategies.
• Analyzing performance data to improve key metrics such as CPI, ROAS, LTV, and retention.
• Working directly with ad network partners and maintaining strong relationships.
• Providing insights on market trends, competitor activity, and best-performing strategies.
• Collaborating with designers and motion artists to brief, review, and refine creatives.
• Supporting soft-launch and scale phases of new app releases.
• Contributing to monetization strategies by aligning UA performance with paywall and pricing tests.

You Might Be a Good Fit If You Have:

• A university degree in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in mobile apps.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and/or other mobile UA platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Familiarity with mobile subscription funnels, LTV modeling, and basic product metrics.
• Attention to detail, strong execution skills, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in mobile apps, consumer tech, and growth-focused product development.
