What You'll do: - Install, configure, and manage VMware environments, including provisioning of virtual machines, monitoring, virtual switches, and high-availability configurations; - Deploy, configure, and maintain components of the Microsoft Domain stack, including Domain Controllers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Windows Firewalls (focused on Windows Server 2022); - Administer and maintain Red Hat Linux environments, ensuring system reliability, performance, and security; - Manage and configure backup and recovery solutions using Veeam, including deployment and optimization; - Administer storage systems and ensure data availability, integrity, and performance; - I mplement and manage PKI infrastructure, including certificate management and renewal; - Collaborate with international teams to ensure system platforms are consistent, secure, and aligned with organizational standards; - Participate in scheduled travel within Europe as required by project needs; - Hybrid Work Model.  What You Are: - Strong hands-on experience with VMware : installation, configuration, virtual machine provisioning, monitoring, redundancy, and virtual switches; - In-depth knowledge and experience with the Microsoft Domain stack : Domain Controllers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Windows Firewalls (Windows Server 2022); - Proven expertise as a Red Hat Linux Administrator; - Experience with storage management and Veeam backup configuration and deployment; - Understanding of PKI concepts and certificate management; - Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher); - Availability for scheduled travel within Europe; - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in international, cross-functional teams.
