Role Description & Responsibilities

  • Lead customers through business transformation by applying the Value Engagement framework and IFWE Loop to re-engineer their processes with ENOVIA industry processes
  • Contribute to Value Engagement activities and deliverables across all phases, with a focus on gate reviews, to increase deal size, accelerate signature and secure go-live
  • Articulate the value of ENOVIA and the wider 3DEXPERIENCE platform through KPIs, KVIs and Customer Value Model storylines, tailored to Users, Process Owners and Business Owners
  • Deliver presales activities including seminars, ENOVIA demonstrations, PoCs and proposal writing, using the 3DEXPERIENCE platform to engage customers
  • Collaborate closely with the DS internal ecosystem, capture field learnings and relay customer use cases as a feedback loop
  • Enable partners and the sales ecosystem on ENOVIA solutions, while keeping your own expertise at best-in-class level

Qualifications

  • 7-10 years of experience in presales or implementation projects in the PLM domain
  • Hands-on knowledge of ENOVIA and the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, with an understanding of industry processes
  • Familiarity with other PLM solutions such as Teamcenter or Windchill is a plus, for competitive positioning
  • Presales experience: seminars/training, demonstrations, PoCs and proposal writing
  • IT skills in Java, JavaScript, Python and DBMS (Oracle, MS-SQL)
  • Native proficiency in Korean and business-level English
