We are looking for an experienced Senior Power Platform Developer with required expertise in Power Platform Governance and Copilot Studio to design, build, and optimize modern low-code/no-code solutions. In this role, you will apply your knowledge of Power Platform Governance - including environment organization, security considerations, and platform management - and use Copilot Studio, Power Apps, and Power Automate to deliver intelligent agents, applications, and automations that improve processes, integrate with enterprise systems, and bring real value to the business. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, translate business needs into technical solutions, and ensure secure, scalable delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and maintain Power Platform Governance, including environment strategy, data loss prevention (DLP) policies, access controls, and platform monitoring
• Create intelligent low-code/no-code agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Design and develop Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps, including custom forms, dashboards, and business processes
• Use Dataverse for secure data modeling and storage
• Integrate Power Platform with external systems, APIs (REST, Microsoft Graph), SQL databases, and SharePoint
• Follow ALM practices, including solution packaging, deployment pipelines, and testing

• Hands-on experience with Power Platform Governance and Copilot Studio
• Experience with Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Microsoft Dataverse
• Experience integrating with REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, SQL, and SharePoint
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of JavaScript and C# is a strong advantage
• Familiarity with Azure services and Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a plus

Required certifications:

• PL-900: Power Platform Fundamentals or PL-400: Power Platform Developer Associate
• GH-300: GitHub Copilot
• AI-103 / AI-102: Develop AI Apps and Agents on Azure or AB-100: Agentic AI Business Solutions Architect
