Can you see the commercial story behind the numbers and turn it into a pricing strategy that drives profitable growth?

This is not a role for someone who simply reports the data.

We're looking for a commercially minded analyst who can interrogate the numbers, challenge assumptions and partner with business leaders to uncover where pricing, product mix and commercial decisions can drive stronger performance.

Working across a diverse APAC region, you'll help bring greater consistency and discipline to pricing while recognising that what works in Australia may not work in Korea, India or Southeast Asia. The challenge, and the opportunity, is finding the right balance between regional best practice and local market reality.

As our Senior Pricing Analyst - APAC, you'll become a trusted commercial partner to regional and country leadership, using data and insight to influence pricing strategy, tenders, contracts and ultimately, profitable growth.

You'll analyse price, volume, product mix and gross profit, identify opportunities and help leaders understand not only what the numbers are telling us, but what we should do about it.

This is an opportunity to help shape how pricing is approached across the region, creating stronger frameworks and best practices while working within the commercial nuances of some very different and dynamic healthcare markets.

Your Day-to-Day

Your role will sit at the intersection of data, pricing and commercial strategy.

One day you could be analysing the profitability of a major tender or contract. The next, you might be partnering with a country leader to understand the impact of price, volume and product mix, identifying opportunities to improve margin or developing a regional approach that brings greater consistency to pricing decisions.

You will:

• Partner with regional and country leaders to shape pricing strategies that support profitable growth
• Analyse pricing, gross profit, volume and product mix across tenders, contracts, hospitals and markets
• Translate complex commercial data into clear insights, recommendations and actions
• Identify pricing opportunities and risks before they impact business performance
• Support tender and contract pricing decisions with robust commercial analysis
• Analyse Price Volume Mix movements to understand the real drivers of performance
• Build greater consistency and best practice across pricing processes throughout APAC
• Balance regional frameworks with local market dynamics, customer environments and commercial realities
• Consolidate and manage tender and contract data across markets, maintaining strong data integrity and hierarchy
• Partner with local teams to improve data flow, governance and consistency
• Develop reporting and analytical capabilities that help leaders make faster, better-informed decisions
• Support business operations and commercial excellence initiatives across the region

About You

You're analytical, but you're not someone who wants to sit behind a spreadsheet all day.

You're curious about the business behind the numbers.

When you see margin move, you want to understand why. Was it price? Volume? Product mix? Customer behaviour? Market conditions? And, most importantly, what can we do differently?

You're comfortable sitting with senior stakeholders, telling the story behind the data and constructively challenging the business when the numbers point to a different answer.

You'll bring:

• Strong experience in pricing, commercial analytics, finance, business analytics or commercial excellence
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into meaningful commercial recommendations
• Strong analytical capability across pricing, profitability, volume and product mix
• Advanced Power BI capability, which is critical to success in this role
• Experience working with SAP or similar enterprise systems
• Strong Excel and broader data-management capabilities
• Confidence partnering with senior commercial and business leaders
• Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to make complex analysis easy to understand
• A curious, commercially minded approach and confidence asking the difficult questions
• Experience working across multiple markets, countries or business units will be highly regarded
• A background in MedTech, pharmaceutical, healthcare or another complex commercial environment would be particularly valuable, while a strong finance foundation could also translate well into the role.
