Position: Senior Procurement Analyst
Location: Salcedo, Makati City, Philippines

Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 3 days onsite and 2 days work-from-home
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM Philippine Time (aligned with U.S. Eastern Time)
Working Hours: 40 hours per week

Job Summary

RCM Technologies is looking for a detail-oriented Senior Procurement Analyst to oversee its Zip procurement platform, manage procurement workflows, strengthen internal controls, and identify cost-saving opportunities.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Zip administration, procurement operations, spend analysis, and supplier management. This role requires strong analytical skills, sound judgment, and the ability to resolve procurement issues independently.

Duties & Responsibilities

• ·Administer and maintain the Zip procurement platform, including user access, intake forms, approval workflows, and supplier onboarding.
• Monitor purchase requests, purchase orders, and procure-to-pay processes to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Investigate duplicate transactions, supplier discrepancies, unusual pricing, missing documentation, and other potential risks.
• Analyze procurement spending and identify cost-saving opportunities, supplier consolidation, and improved payment terms.
• Prepare reports and dashboards on spending, approval timelines, compliance, and procurement performance.
• Coordinate with Finance, Accounts Payable, Legal, IT, and business stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Maintain audit documentation, provide user training, and recommend process improvements
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager or Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in procurement, procure-to-pay, or finance operations.
• Hands-on experience administering the Zip procurement platform, particularly workflow configuration and supplier onboarding.
• Strong knowledge of procurement controls, supplier management, and purchasing processes.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems, Power BI, or Tableau is an advantage.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot is preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, investigate discrepancies, and manage competing priorities.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager or Management.
