You’ll Support Meaningful Work By:

• Driving category growth across assigned markets by developing and executing go-to-market strategies for the product portfolio.

• Building strong relationships with customers, dealers, architects, designers, and brand partners to expand market presence and business opportunities.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Design, and Product Development, to align category priorities and commercial objectives.

• Identifying market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to inform category strategy and portfolio decisions.

• Supporting the successful launch, positioning, and adoption of new products and solutions within the region.

• Analyzing business performance, sales results, and market opportunities to recommend actions that drive growth and profitability.

• Representing the category as a subject matter expert by delivering product knowledge, category expertise, and customer-facing presentations.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Design, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

• Experience in product category management, business development, sales, marketing, or a related commercial role.

• Experience working with physical products within furniture, contract interiors, architecture, design, workplace, or related industries.

• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

• Experience analyzing market trends, customer insights, and business performance to support decision-making.

• Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional, and international environment.

• Fluent business-level English, both written and spoken, with the ability to present, influence, and build relationships across international markets.

• Ability to travel as required up to 25%/year

Desired Skills and Experience

• Experience supporting product categories, product portfolios, or go-to-market strategies.

• Knowledge of the furniture, contract interiors, workplace, interior design, or architectural industry.
