Organisational Development Executive / Specialist / Consultant

Role Description The Organisational Development Executive / Specialist / Consultant at Prestataire de Santé A Domicile (PSAD) is a full-time remote role focused on improving organizational effectiveness and supporting strategic growth. Daily responsibilities include assessing existing structures and processes, analyzing performance data, and identifying opportunities for operational and cultural improvements. The role involves designing and implementing organizational development initiatives, such as change management plans, training programs, and performance frameworks, in collaboration with cross-functional teams. The specialist will facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings, support strategic business planning, and ensure alignment between organizational goals, workforce capabilities, and service delivery. Ongoing tasks include monitoring the impact of initiatives, preparing reports and recommendations for leadership, and contributing to continuous improvement across PSAD’s remote operations.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret organizational data, diagnose issues, and evaluate the impact of development initiatives.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and present clear recommendations to leadership.
• Candidates should possess Business Planning capabilities to support strategic planning, organizational design, and process optimization.
• Candidates should possess Project Management skills to plan, coordinate, and deliver organizational development initiatives on time and within scope.
• Candidates should possess Sales awareness or experience to align organizational development efforts with commercial objectives and client-facing strategies.
• Relevant qualifications may include a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Experience in healthcare, home health services, or related sectors, and familiarity with change management methodologies, is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality and professional ethics.
