CYRKIL is Hiring — Senior AI Product Designer
CYRKIL SASU, a French company specializing in Artificial Intelligence and Intelligent Systems, is looking for a Senior AI Product Designer — UI/UX & Design Systems to work on advanced AI-powered products, intelligent applications, analytical dashboards, and user-facing digital systems.
This is an advanced digital product design role. It is not a Graphic Designer, Branding, Logo Design, or Marketing Design position.
If your portfolio is primarily focused on logos, illustrations, print design, or social media graphics, this role is unlikely to be the right fit.

About the Role
You will take ownership of the complete product design layer across selected CYRKIL products:
Problem understanding → UX architecture → User flows → UI design → Design system → Prototyping → Engineering handoff → Implementation review
You will work directly with the company leadership and engineering team on products that are actively being built, where design decisions directly influence the final product.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end experiences for AI products, web applications, intelligent systems, and analytical dashboards.
• Build, maintain, and scale a professional Design System, including components, variables, design tokens, patterns, and usage rules.
• Design complex and data-dense interfaces including dashboards, KPI views, tables, charts, reports, and multi-step workflows.
• Design complete product states including loading, empty states, errors, validation, permissions, offline/network failure, and recovery scenarios.
• Design properly for Arabic RTL, alongside English and French interfaces, including mixed-language content, iconography, alignment, and layout behavior.
• Apply accessibility and inclusive-design principles throughout the product.
• Conduct user research and usability testing when required and translate findings into design decisions.
• Collaborate closely with frontend engineers and review the implemented product against approved designs.
• Use product data, feedback, and measurable outcomes to continuously improve the user experience.
  
  

AI Product Design
The role requires an understanding of how designing an AI-powered product differs from designing a conventional software interface.
You should be comfortable designing experiences involving:

• AI processing and loading states
• Streaming or progressively generated responses
• Regeneration and alternative outputs
• Failure and fallback states
• Uncertainty and confidence
• Human review and approval workflows
• Trust, transparency, and system limitations
• Recovery from incorrect or incomplete AI outputs

Essential Requirements

• Strong experience designing digital products for web and/or mobile, rather than primarily graphic design.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including Components, Variables, Auto Layout, and Interactive Prototyping.
• Proven experience building or maintaining a real, inspectable Design System.
• Strong experience designing dashboards, complex interfaces, data-heavy screens, and data visualization.
• Practical experience designing Arabic RTL interfaces.
• Understanding of accessibility and inclusive-design principles.
• Basic knowledge of frontend technologies and the ability to collaborate closely with engineers.
• Ability to explain and defend design decisions using logic, evidence, user needs, and product objectives.
• Strong remote-working discipline and ability to meet deadlines.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Arabic is required for this role.

Portfolio Requirement
A portfolio is mandatory. Applications without a clear portfolio will not be considered.
Your portfolio should include real product-design work that can be reviewed in detail — not only isolated screenshots.
We particularly want to see:

• At least one detailed product design case study
• The problem you were solving
• Your specific role and contribution
• Research or reasoning behind important decisions
• User flows and interaction decisions
• Final outcome
• A Design System example showing components, variables/tokens, and usage rules
• A data-dense dashboard or complex multi-step product flow
• Clear distinction between what you personally designed and what was created by the wider team

Working Model
Fully Remote — applications are open from Egypt and internationally.
Candidates must be able to maintain at least four hours of daily working-time overlap with Paris time.
