About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer who is passionate about building intuitive SaaS products and can leverage AI to accelerate design workflows without compromising quality. You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to design user-centered experiences across our web and mobile applications while maintaining a scalable design system.

You will also mentor junior designers, contribute to product strategy, and help shape the future of design at Social Champ.

What You'll Do

• Design end-to-end user experiences from discovery to developer handoff.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces in Figma.
• Maintain, evolve, and contribute to the company's design system.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing teams.
• Design new product features based on customer problems, business goals, and product strategy.
• Improve existing experiences through usability improvements and iterative design.
• Design responsive experiences across desktop and mobile platforms.
• Design and maintain high-converting marketing website pages and landing pages.
• Use AI-powered design tools to accelerate research, ideation, content generation, prototyping, and documentation.
• Mentor junior designers through regular design critiques, feedback sessions, and collaborative problem-solving.
• Ensure designs are accessible, consistent, and aligned with usability best practices.
• Work closely with developers during implementation to ensure pixel-perfect execution.

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in Product Design, UI/UX Design, or a related role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating SaaS web application design.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including:

Variables

Design Tokens

Interactive Prototypes

Dev Mode

• Experience building and maintaining scalable design systems.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, interaction design, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience designing responsive web applications.
• Experience designing marketing websites and landing pages.
• Ability to communicate design decisions clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience mentoring or reviewing the work of junior designers.

AI-First Mindset

We're looking for designers who embrace AI as a productivity multiplier.

You should have hands-on experience using AI tools for design exploration, ideation, research, documentation, content generation, and workflow automation.

Experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Figma AI and development tools is highly desirable.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in B2B SaaS products.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and frontend implementation.
• Familiarity with accessibility (WCAG) standards.
• Experience with motion design or micro-interactions.

• Deliver high-quality product features with minimal supervision.
• Contribute meaningful improvements to the design system.
• Successfully mentor junior designers and elevate design quality across the team.
• Collaborate effectively with Product and Engineering to ship polished user experiences.
• Leverage AI tools to improve design efficiency while maintaining a high standard of craft.
