About The Role: As a Senior Product Designer at Dsquares, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end design process of new features and product improvements from concept to launch. Key Duties & Responsibilities: Plan and conduct quantitative and qualitative user research, and data analysis to inform design decisions. Craft delightful experiences, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI in Figma. Work closely with product managers to align design with product vision, priorities, and roadmaps. Collaborate cross-functionally and manage various stakeholders to align design with business needs and technical constraints. Advocate for design excellence, accessibility, ethical design and user-centricity within the organization. Contribute to and maintain our design system for consistency and scalability. Guide and mentor junior designers and internship students. Required Skills & Abilities: 4+ years of experience in digital product design with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered solutions. Expertise in user experience, user interface, interaction design, and systems thinking. Strong understanding of design systems and front-end implementation considerations. Experience in conducting user research and synthesizing data into actionable insights. Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to balance user needs with business goals.
