Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Strategy and Vision: Define and lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for global seller acquisition and onboarding for Walmart Marketplace.
  • User Experience: Collaborate with engineers and designers to create a scalable and optimal seller onboarding experience. Conduct usability testing and analyse data to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Product Performance: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and optimize the seller platform's effectiveness.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicate product progress, challenges, and successes to stakeholders. Collaborate with various teams, including engineering, business, product managers, and seller operations to achieve common goals.
  • Business Analysis: Conduct market analysis, identify business needs, and develop build-buy-partner strategies for product development.
  • Project Management: Drive the execution of multiple projects and business plans, ensuring they meet business needs.
  • Compliance and Ethics: Promote and uphold company policies, procedures, mission, values, and ethical standards.


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of leading complex product and business initiatives. Strong experience in user onboarding and CRM concepts is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, ability to prioritize and manage projects, ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field with 8 years of product management experience; or 8 years of experience in product management or a related field. A Master's degree in Business Administration is a plus, but not essential.
