We serve digital nomads, remote workers, freelancers, international students, entrepreneurs, and anyone whose financial life crosses borders.
Licensed and regulated in multiple countries, Grey is expanding rapidly across global markets. We’re a remote company with staff around the world.
As a Senior Product Manager, you will own a product area end to end as a hands-on individual contributor, accountable for its roadmap, metrics and unit economics. You will report to the Head of Product and work with engineers, designers, data, marketing and compliance to ensure your product is successful.
What you'll do
- Own the roadmap for your product area, tying every bet to a clear business outcome such as revenue, retention or margin.
- Run the product lifecycle from problem definition to launch and iteration, using customer insight and data.
- Own the unit economics of what you build: you know what each user and transaction earns and costs.
- Design and run experiments, including A/B tests, and act on the results.
- Use Amplitude and Metabase to set metrics, track results and decide what to build, fix or stop.
- Use AI in your daily work to multiply your output: research, analysis, specs, prototyping and decision-making.
- Work with partners, compliance, support, growth and leadership to align priorities and drive adoption.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years in a senior or lead role.
- A track record of scaling products, with results you can quantify.
- Strong command of unit economics: you can model contribution margin per user or per transaction and trade it off against growth.
- Data-driven by habit: hands-on with Amplitude and Metabase, comfortable defining metrics and digging into the data yourself.
- Comfortable designing and running experiments, including A/B tests, and acting on the results.
- Well versed in using AI tools to multiply your productivity and the quality of your work.
- Solid grasp of how software gets built, and the ability to work closely with engineers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication for a distributed, global audience.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech: payments, wallets or financial services.
- Familiarity with cross-border payments, remittances or digital wallets, ideally in emerging markets.
- An MBA or advanced degree.
