About CTX
CTX builds the CTX Corporate Booking Platform, an enterprise travel management platform used by large organisations and government entities across the region. It covers the full corporate travel lifecycle: travel requests, policy and approval workflows, flight and hotel booking, payments and post-trip reconciliation. The platform is deeply integrated with clients' HR and ERP systems, so reliability and data accuracy matter in every release.
Location
This is a remote role. We welcome applications from candidates based in any country in the Middle East or Europe. Occasional travel to Dubai and client sites in the UAE may be required.
About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the direction of key areas of the CTX Corporate Booking Platform. You will turn the needs of enterprise and government clients, travellers, approvers and travel administrators into a clear product roadmap, then work with engineering, design, QA and client delivery to ship it. The role sits at the point where corporate travel, enterprise systems and client commitments meet, so you will be as comfortable in a client workshop as in a backlog refinement session.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Own the product vision and roadmap for assigned platform areas, such as travel requests and approvals, booking, policy management, payments and reporting.
- Balance a configurable core product against client-specific requirements, keeping the platform standard and avoiding one-off custom builds.
- Prioritise the backlog by client value, revenue impact, delivery effort and risk, and explain the trade-offs to stakeholders.
- Track market and competitor developments in corporate travel and travel technology, including NDC, payments and AI-assisted booking.
- Define product success measures such as adoption, online booking rate, policy compliance, approval cycle time and client satisfaction.
Requirements & Delivery
- Lead discovery with clients through workshops, process walkthroughs and current-state reviews of their travel and HR processes.
- Write clear business requirements (BRDs), user stories and acceptance criteria, and keep traceability from requirement to test.
- Work with engineering on solution design and functional design documents, including integration flows with Oracle Fusion, Oracle Integration Cloud, GDS, payment gateways and SSO.
- Run backlog refinement and sprint planning with engineering and QA, and make scope decisions when delivery pressure rises.
- Own product acceptance before release, and support client User Acceptance Testing (UAT), go-live and hypercare.
Clients & Stakeholders
- Act as the product authority in client steering meetings and requirement sign-offs with enterprise and government stakeholders.
- Manage change requests: assess impact, estimate with engineering, and agree scope and priority with clients and delivery managers.
- Support pre-sales with product demonstrations, solution walkthroughs, RFP responses and scope input for commercial proposals.
- Work with partners such as travel management companies, content providers and integration vendors on joint product capabilities.
- Produce release notes, product documentation and training material for clients and internal teams.
Product Leadership
- Coach and guide product and business analysts, and raise the standard of requirements across the team.
- Establish consistent product practices: roadmap reviews, requirement templates, prioritisation frameworks and release governance.
- Use product data and client feedback to find improvement opportunities and measure the impact of releases.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in product management, business analysis or solution consulting, with at least 4 years as a Product Manager.
- Proven experience owning B2B or enterprise SaaS products used by large organisations.
- Track record of delivering complex products with multiple integrations, from discovery through launch.
- Strong requirements skills: BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows and functional specifications.
- Good technical understanding of REST APIs, integration patterns and data flows, enough to work closely with engineers and architects.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Experience leading client workshops and managing senior stakeholders, including scope and change negotiations.
- Ability to prioritise with data and explain decisions clearly in writing and in person.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
Nice to Have
- Experience in corporate travel, travel management companies (TMCs) or online booking tools (OBTs).
- Knowledge of GDS (Amadeus, Sabre), NDC, hotel content or travel payment flows.
- Experience with ERP and HR platform integrations, particularly Oracle Fusion Cloud (HCM, ERP, Expenses) or SAP.
- Experience delivering products for government or semi-government entities in the UAE or wider GCC.
- Experience with multi-tenant platforms and configuration-driven product design.
- Familiarity with approval workflow engines, policy engines or expense management products.
- Arabic language skills.
- Product certification (e.g. CSPO, Pragmatic Institute) or business analysis certification (e.g. CBAP).
What We're Looking For
A product leader who combines commercial sense with real interest in how things work. You can sit with a client's travel, finance and HR teams, understand their process, and turn it into a product decision that works for every client on the platform. You protect the product from unnecessary customisation, communicate trade-offs openly, and take ownership of outcomes, not just requirements.
Why Join CTX
- Own a core product used by large enterprises and government entities to run their corporate travel.
- Work directly with the Chief Product & Technology Officer and influence the strategy of a growing travel technology company.
- Solve complex problems across travel content, approvals, payments and enterprise system integration.
- Build the product practices and team as CTX scales across the region.
