About The Role This position is for a Senior Product Manager position This is an opportunity to help scale a high-growth, fast-paced business redefining access to work around the world. What will you be doing? Building a clear vision, strategy, and execution path for your area of responsibility Working cross-functionally to collect and address the diverse needs of different product lines Leveraging all of the core PM skills you have honed to date to drive progress through the entire product development lifecycle. Collaborating with a team of highly talented product designers, engineers and product experts to execute your vision and deliver exceptional results. Balancing core product development with high-priority client escalations in a high-speed, remote-first working environment. What do we need? Product leader with 12+ years of experience, including 7+ years driving product management in fast-paced scale-ups and startups. A background in HRMS is preferred but not required. Demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously, leading initiatives and driving growth with minimal supervision. Strong operational & negotiation skills to drive seamless stakeholder management. Strong understanding of both user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) principles, ensuring the product delivers seamless and intuitive experiences.
