Salary Range: $125,495.00 To $144,364.00 Annually Position Description: Infinite Electronics is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, execution, and continuous improvement of digital products and platforms that drive customer value and business growth across the organization. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, engineering, UX/UI, and executive leadership to identify opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and deliver scalable digital solutions that improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and business performance. The Senior Product Manager will lead and mentor Junior Product Managers while helping establish product management best practices, agile delivery processes, and customer-focused product development standards across teams. The ideal candidate is a collaborative and strategic product leader with strong business acumen, agile expertise, customer empathy, and experience delivering digital products in fast-paced environments. This individual should be comfortable balancing customer needs, business priorities, technical feasibility, and innovation opportunities while driving measurable business outcomes. General Duties and Responsibilities: Define and execute product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and priorities aligned to organizational goals and customer needs. Lead product planning, backlog management, sprint prioritization, and cross-functional delivery activities across digital products and platforms. Partner closely with engineering, UX/UI, analytics, business stakeholders, and executive leadership to define scalable solutions that balance customer value, business goals, and technical feasibility. Lead customer-centric product development practices including user research, usability testing, customer feedback analysis, behavioral analytics, and continuous optimization. Monitor product performance metrics, customer engagement, operational KPIs, and business outcomes to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. Support digital transformation initiatives and evaluate opportunities related to AI-enabled solutions, automation, personalization, analytics, and operational efficiency. Develop epics, features, user stories, workflows, requirements, and acceptance criteria to support agile delivery teams. Lead and mentor Junior Product Managers while supporting product management best practices, agile methodologies, and collaborative team culture. Communicate product vision, priorities, roadmaps, risks, tradeoffs, and business value to stakeholders across business and technology organizations. Partner cross-functionally with eCommerce, Marketing, Sales Operations, Customer Care, Infrastructure, and Development teams to support successful product delivery and adoption. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on customer experience, operational efficiency, agile delivery, and scalable digital product development practices. Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree preferred. 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Digital Product, Business Analysis, or related roles. Experience leading or mentoring Product Managers, Product Owners, Business Analysts, or Agile teams preferred. Experience managing digital products, eCommerce platforms, customer experience initiatives, or enterprise applications preferred. Experience working in Agile product development environments required. Preferred Qualifications: Strong leadership, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution in fast-paced environments. Experience with Agile methodologies, backlog management, sprint planning, and modern product management practices. Understanding of customer experience, digital commerce, user-centered design, and digital product development best practices. Experience with analytics, experimentation, AI-enabled tools, automation, or digital transformation initiatives preferred. Comfortable presenting product strategies, priorities, and recommendations to executive leadership. Ability to manage competing priorities, cross-functional dependencies, and complex stakeholder relationships. Passion for continuous improvement, innovation, and customer-focused product development. Physical Job Requirements: Frequently remains in a stationary position and occasionally moves about the office or worksite to access files, supplies, or attend meetings. Frequently uses hands and fingers to operate office equipment such as a keyboard, mouse, telephone, and other standard office tools. Must be able to visually assess information on screens, documents, and reports. Frequently reads, interprets, and analyzes written and visual information. Occasionally lifts or moves items up to [10–15] pounds (e.g., files, laptop, meeting materials). Must be able to effectively communicate information and ideas in person, via video conference, and through written communication. Works primarily in an office or remote office environment with standard business equipment. May require extended periods of screen time. May occasionally be required to attend meetings or events outside of normal workspace or business hours. Reports To: Senior Director of eCommerce & Digital Growth Environment: This role may be either remote or at an office location. Employees may work from their home office and regularly collaborate with colleagues across various company sites during normal or extended business hours, as needed. Office-based work depends on an employee's proximity to an Infinite facility and may be determined by management. Travel is part of this role’s responsibilities, including customer visits, supplier meetings, industry conferences, and internal gatherings.
