About the Role
Build and lead product marketing for a construction technology business, shaping how customers understand and adopt its products. You'll work closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to turn complex offerings and customer insights into clear positioning, effective launches, and stronger pipeline.
What You'll Do
Develop positioning and messaging for different customer segments, buyer personas, and geographic markets.
Assess existing product marketing materials, establish a practical playbook, and build the function from the ground up.
Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for product, partner, and feature launches.
Create and maintain sales enablement resources, including battlecards, objection guides, one-pagers, ROI tools, and demo scripts.
Partner with cross-functional teams to improve product discovery, adoption, and sales outcomes.
Design AI-enabled workflows for competitive monitoring, customer research synthesis, content drafting, and enablement.
Lead positioning and messaging for a website rebuild and translate customer interviews, win/loss data, and market signals into recommendations.
Build customer evidence and advocacy, and advise regional marketing managers on messaging.
Travel approximately two to three times per quarter.
What We're Looking For
Five to eight years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, including work with high-velocity sales teams.
Experience contributing within established teams and building product marketing functions, with the ability to adapt to structured and evolving environments.
Strong cross-functional skills and experience developing positioning across segments, personas, and markets.
Construction technology or proptech experience is a plus, as is marketing to technical or field-based buyers.
Familiarity with construction management platforms, AI/ML tools, CRM platforms, and marketing automation.
A bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing or a related field.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $130,000 to $160,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
Location
Hybrid, based in Austin, Texas, United States, with three days per week in the office.
