Senior Product Owner (Trading)

About the Team We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers. Our Trading product line builds the trading terminal and toolset spanning options, CFD, FX, equities, and crypto. We operate across both regulated and offshore environments, which means part of our roadmap carries a compliance framework. Tasks: Own the direction's backlog end-to-end — from idea through post-release analysis Prioritize by numbers: a feature without a metric doesn't make it into the backlog Design experiments and analyze results, including the ones that don't work out Work hands-on with the domain: leverage, margin, stop-out, expirations, execution Requirements: 3+ years as a Product Manager or Product Owner in trading, brokerage, or fintech handling user funds Deep understanding of instrument mechanics, not just the interface layer Comfortable pulling and analyzing data independently — SQL or confident BI tool usage Hands-on experience running A/B tests, with a clear grasp of the difference between "shipped" and "worked" Fluent in both Russian and English (working proficiency) Nice to have: Experience with MT5 or a proprietary trading platform Experience working under a regulator Track record of launching a product/instrument from zero What we offer: On-site work model in our office in Limassol Health insurance and mental health services 13th salary and 21 vacation days per year Catered lunches in the office Tuition reimbursement (kindergartens/schools) Training and Development opportunities Onsite Gym Corporate events and workshops Bonuses for special events (e.g., child's birth).
