Job Summary

KBR-Trinzic is seeking a Senior Program Manager to help Navy customers close priority mission and technology gaps in DevSecOps, Cyber, software delivery, digital engineering, data integration, cloud-enabled mission integration, and related modernization areas. The role will initially operate within Technical Operations, where the successful candidate will identify customer challenges, connect them with integrated KBR-Trinzic and partner capabilities, and mature solutions through capture, proposal, and transition into funded execution. This position will serve as a key link between Navy mission requirements and KBR-Trinzic’s technical, operational, and delivery organizations. Success will require clear communication, disciplined organization, and effective collaboration with senior government, acquisition, engineering, operational, industry, and executive stakeholders. The position is designed to evolve into accountable leadership of a sustainable Navy modernization portfolio.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a Navy PEO Aviation Enterprise capability-gap and opportunity roadmap, initially focused on DevSecOps and Cyber while identifying adjacent digital modernization and mission-integration opportunities.
  • Engage Navy PAE organizations, warfare centers, fleet stakeholders, digital-modernization offices, and mission owners to understand operational requirements, technical constraints, capability gaps, and investment priorities.
  • Position KBR-Trinzic as a customer-focused solution provider by integrating internal technical capabilities, commercial technologies, partner offerings, and delivery organizations around defined and measurable mission outcomes.
  • Lead or support solution development across DevSecOps, Cyber, software factories, secure cloud environments, digital engineering, mission engineering, data integration, AI-enabled decision support, and related modernization areas.
  • Participate in capture and proposal efforts, leading at least one technical solution workstream from problem definition through development of an executable management and technical approach.
  • Build and mature a qualified Navy modernization pipeline, advancing opportunities through disciplined qualification, capture, proposal, award, transition, and delivery processes.
  • Assume accountable leadership for existing or emerging direct-funded Navy programs and develop a sustainable portfolio of Navy modernization work.
  • Other duties as assigned in support of mission and business requirements.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Program Management, Business, or a related discipline; equivalent experience may be considered in accordance with company policy.
  • Senior-level experience supporting U.S. Navy technical, acquisition, engineering, cyber, software, digital-modernization, or mission-integration organizations.
  • Senior leadership experience in cyber warfare, aviation engineering, digital modernization, mission integration, or closely related technical and program environments.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Navy customer organizations, acquisition and engineering stakeholders, and modernization challenges across multiple platform or mission portfolios.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams, programs, portfolios, technical initiatives, or enterprise transformation efforts within complex government or defense environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Leadership experience connected to Naval Aviation engineering, cyber warfare, or Navy digital-modernization initiatives.
  • Knowledge of Navy PEO Aviation, Mission Systems, Munitions, Robotics and Autonomous Systems organizations, warfare centers, rapid-capabilities organizations, or related enterprise stakeholders.
  • Experience developing or integrating mission-engineering, cloud, data-sharing, DevSecOps, Cyber, digital-engineering, software-delivery, or enterprise-modernization solutions across program or portfolio boundaries.
  • Program management, profit-and-loss responsibility, portfolio management, or organizational growth experience.
  • Master’s degree or relevant credentials in program management, cybersecurity, systems engineering, Agile, cloud, or DevSecOps.
