Senior Project Manager

Genpact Experience (formerly Rightpoint) is seeking a senior delivery and engineering leader to drive outcomes across its Technology Practices. This role will lead end-to-end delivery across Digital Experience Platforms, cloud-native and mobile experiences, and Modern Workplace solutions, while accelerating the adoption of AI-assisted engineering and agentic workflows across the software lifecycle. The leader will partner with client executives and cross-functional Genpact teams to deliver measurable business impact—faster time-to-value, higher quality, improved productivity, and scalable engineering operating models. Key Responsibilities Project Delivery & Execution Own end‑to‑end project delivery including scope, schedule, budget, and quality. Create and maintain project plans, delivery schedules, RAID logs, and status reports. Lead project kick‑off, sprint ceremonies, status meetings, and retrospectives. Proactively identify risks and issues, driving mitigation and escalations as required. Ensure adherence to Genpact Experience project management methodology and delivery standards. Client & Stakeholder Management Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders on delivery matters. Set and manage client expectations through clear, proactive communication. Build strong client relationships and continuously seek opportunities to improve client satisfaction. Financial & Operational Management Track project budgets, forecasts, burn, and margins. Ensure accurate timesheet validation and adherence to financial controls. Support invoicing, budget reviews, and financial reporting in collaboration with Finance/Client Managers. Monitor utilisation targets and support staffing adjustments Team Leadership & Collaboration Plan and secure appropriate staffing for project needs. Guide and support project team members; conduct regular check‑ins and remove blockers. Foster collaboration across onshore/offshore teams and cross‑disciplinary partners. Ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding of team members. Governance, Closure & Continuous Improvement Ensure compliance with project governance and internal review processes. Lead UAT, production launch, hyper‑care, and project closure activities. Conduct retrospectives and document lessons learned to drive continuous improvement. Required Skills & Experience Core Skills Strong knowledge of Project Management principles (Agile, Scrum, Hybrid). Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Proven experience managing budgets, schedules, and risks. Hands‑on experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar. Ability to manage distributed, cross‑shore teams effectively. Tech Stack – Should have worked on AEM , Workfront, Figma etc. Hands ‑ on experience with Project Management Tools like Jira, Trello, Azure Dev Ops or similar, project planning tools, collaboration tools. Hands ‑ on experience with AI tools in Project Management. Should have Business Analysis skills like story writing, understanding of wireframing, and design, requirements analysis, discovery, stakeholder interviews, user journeys documentation etc. Experience Typically 4+ years of project management experience and not more than 8 years. Experience delivering digital, platform, or enterprise technology projects preferred. Prior client‑facing delivery experience strongly preferred.
