What You Will Do:

• Prepare migration schedules, validate user lists, confirm readiness, and coordinate dependencies with branch contacts and global technology teams.
• Track provisioning requests and confirm that users have the required virtual desktops, access, profiles, and applications before migration.
• Review user application profiles, identify obsolete software, and support deployment of approved packages based on user roles and business divisions.
• Execute approved PowerShell scripts for software installation, configuration, and remediation. Track deployment results and coordinate resolution of failures.
• Compare survey findings with existing user and asset inventories, understand endpoint requirements, identify gaps, and coordinate replacement hardware or additional assets.
• Use Excel and Power BI to reconcile user, application, and hardware data, highlight discrepancies, and support migration planning and decisions.
• Maintain migration milestones, dashboards, action logs, and risk, issue, and dependency trackers. Follow up on outstanding tasks and escalate blockers.
• Coordinate cutover activities, assist with desktop and application troubleshooting, and work with support teams to minimize user disruption and resolve post-migration issues.
• Prepare status reports, meeting minutes, migration checklists, deployment logs, and handover documents. Keep program records updated in Teams, SharePoint, ServiceNow, and migration dashboards.

What You Will Bring:

• 10+ years of relevant experience in IT delivery, end-user computing, or technical project coordination
• Experience with Windows 10/11 environments, desktop OS migrations, and troubleshooting desktop applications and OS-related issues
• Experience with virtual desktops: knowledge of Citrix and virtualization technologies, including provisioning, user access, and readiness validation
• Hands-on experience with SCCM and PowerShell scripting for deployment, configuration, and remediation
• Familiarity with Active Directory, directory services, and Exchange-related user configuration and access requirements
• Understanding of desktop and endpoint models, hardware compatibility, and software assignment across business divisions
• Experience with managing schedules, dependencies, actions, risks, and issues across multiple initiatives
• Strong skills in lookups, pivot tables, reconciliation, data comparison, and exception reporting

About Your Contract:

• 40 hours/week
• Full-time, indefinite contract
• Location: Budapest, Hungary
• Hybrid working model with 2-3 office days per week
• Occasional travel to customer locations across Europe
• Onboarding and acclimatization period provided
• You must be currently eligible to work in Hungary
