Aiimi is a British technology and services company delivering trusted, transformational AI for the enterprise. Through our Workplace AI platform and expert consulting in data, digital, and AI, we help complex businesses unlock the full value of their data and adopt AI at scale. From national security and critical infrastructure to leading GSIs and the world’s most prestigious luxury brands, our customers rely on Aiimi for rapid time to value, peer-to-peer relationships, and technology that sets the global standard.

We’re looking for an experienced and commercially aware Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex AI, data, and digital transformation projects. This role is suited to someone with a strong track record of owning end-to-end project delivery, managing senior stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality outcomes in fast-paced client environments.

You’ll provide confident delivery leadership across multidisciplinary teams, partnering closely with clients, data specialists, engineers, and senior internal stakeholders to shape delivery plans, manage risk, drive momentum, and support continuous improvement across Aiimi’s delivery capability.

This role will see you working across both our Software Delivery and Services Delivery.
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex client projects, ensuring clear scope, robust plans, managed dependencies, and high-quality outcomes.
  • Own project governance, including delivery cadence, reporting, RAID management, change control, financial tracking, and stakeholder communications.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, proactively managing expectations, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities to add value.
  • Coordinate and motivate multidisciplinary teams across product, engineering, data science, design, and consulting to deliver against agreed milestones.
  • Anticipate delivery risks, commercial impacts, and resourcing challenges, escalating appropriately while proposing clear mitigation options.
  • Ensure deliverables are aligned to client objectives, contractual commitments, quality standards, and Aiimi’s delivery methodology.
  • Champion effective use of delivery tools and processes, including Jira, Confluence, project reporting, resource planning, and benefits tracking.
  • Coach more junior delivery colleagues and contribute to the ongoing maturity of Aiimi’s project management practices.
Essential:
  • Substantial experience managing complex technology, data, AI, digital, or consulting projects, ideally within client-facing environments.
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, hybrid, and waterfall delivery approaches, with the judgement to apply the right method for the context.
  • Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, manage competing priorities, and maintain delivery momentum under pressure.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including confidence engaging with senior client and internal audiences.
  • Strong commercial awareness, including experience managing budgets, forecasts, scope, change requests, and delivery risks.
  • High attention to detail, sound judgement, and a proactive approach to problem solving, governance, and continuous improvement.

Desirable:
  • Experience delivering projects involving enterprise data platforms, AI solutions, analytics, cloud services, or digital transformation.
  • Advanced working knowledge of tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, or similar delivery platforms.
  • Experience contributing to account growth, pre-sales activity, statement of work development, or commercial delivery planning.
  • Recognised project management or agile certifications such as PRINCE2 Practitioner, APM, PMP, Scrum Master, AgilePM, or equivalent.
  • Experience coaching project managers, delivery leads, or project coordinators.
  • 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays)
  • Mental health and wellbeing support, including access to counselling
  • Annual wellbeing allowance (e.g. personal training, fitness, wellness apps)
  • Up to 10% of your salary in employee benefits, including critical illness cover, life insurance, and private healthcare (post-probation)
  • Generous company pension contribution
  • Ongoing professional development and training opportunities
