Senior Project Manager – Regulatory & Life Insurance

Our client, a prominent organization in the life insurance sector, is looking for a professional to lead cross-functional initiatives ensuring products and systems comply with evolving regulatory requirements. The role acts as a bridge between business, compliance, and IT teams to deliver efficient and customer-centric solutions. Management of end-to-end delivery from scoping to implementation is central to the mission.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of regulatory projects related to life insurance products, systems, and processes.
• Translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable business and technical requirements.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders including legal, compliance, actuarial, and IT departments.
• Assess regulatory impacts on products and processes to propose effective mitigation strategies.
• Define and monitor project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure timely execution.
• Prepare documentation for audits, inspections, and internal governance committees.
  
  

Requirements

• You possess 8+ years of experience in project or product management within the Life Insurance or financial services sector.
• You bring expert knowledge of Life Insurance products and regulatory frameworks such as Solvency II, IDD, ESG, and AML.
• You have extensive experience working with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• You possess a proven track record in regulatory impact analysis and translating legislation into practical solutions.
• You bring strong expertise in change leadership and cross-functional stakeholder management.
• You have an analytical mindset with high attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• You are fluent in French with professional proficiency in English.
  
  

Nice to Haves

• Certification in project management such as PMP, Prince2, or Agile.
• Knowledge of FSMA and NBB guidelines.
